Refund Policy

You can try every Pro feature free for 7 days before you buy, so you know what you are paying for.

14-day refunds

If AntShot Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Include the email address you used at checkout or your order number.

Yearly renewals

Yearly licenses renew automatically. If a renewal was charged and you no longer want it, email us within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund. You can cancel future renewals at any time in AntShot (Settings, then Pro, then "Manage subscription") or in the Creem customer portal.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, the license key is disabled.
